New arrivals at Best of Blighty in March 2012

OMG - what a busy time it has been on Fuzhong Street over the past few months. I met hundreds of really nice people (with the exception of one stuck-up bxxxh from Taipei) and sold loads of sweets and most of my existing stock of UK-themed souvenirs.

I have today taken receipt of a new delivery of souvenirs from the UK. Some of the items I have ordered before, while others are brand-spanking new; never been seen on my stand and probably nowhere to be found anywhere in Taiwan. I have posted pictures of all the items below (and will add prices in the next couple of days.)

New Arrivals at Best of Blighty in November

Hello all, .....

There has been a veritable flurry of new arrivals at BoB recently - including both sweets and souvenirs.


All of my favorite British sweets are available for sale once again now that the hot summer months are behind us. Come along to Fuzhong Street (Tainan, Saturday and Sunday afternoon) and try them for yourselves, ... you can choose from lemon bonbons, apple bonbons, peach bonbons, wine gums, jelly babies, jelly letters, dolly mixture, fruit pastilles, fizzy chips, and jelly beans. They are all available for sale at NT$150 in a super-lovely delux aluminum tin (see picture below). Trust me, once you have tried these sweets, there ain't any going back to any other kind of sweet. (See my earlier post in January 2011 for a description in Chinese of most of the sweets.)

Well, after a really quiet month of August on Fuzhong Street due to blistering hot weather, bucketing rain, and typhoons, I have taken possession of some more items from the UK Some of them you will have seen on my blog or stand before, while others are new. 

All of the items will be available for sale at my stand on Fuzhong Street, Tainan, from Saturday 17th September onwards. If you are not in Tainan, but are interested in any of the items, simply send me an email at patwyton@gmail.com and I'll arrange to deliver them to you directly.

New arrivals at Best of Blighty in July

I have posted some pictures of the items which have just arrived from the UK for sale at Best of Blighty.
